Frequently Asked Questions
What is time blocking?
Time blocking is a productivity method where you schedule specific tasks into fixed time slots on your calendar. Instead of a to-do list you hope to complete, you commit to exact hours for each task. Research shows it reduces context switching and increases deep work output.
How many hours should I study per day?
Quality beats quantity. 4–5 hours of focused, distraction-free study is more effective than 8 hours of passive reading. Use the Pomodoro technique (25-min focused blocks + 5-min breaks) and schedule the hardest subjects in your peak-energy hours (usually morning).
How do I use this planner?
Click any cell in the weekly grid to toggle it ON (colored). Click again to toggle OFF. Hover over an active cell to assign it a label/subject. Use the print button to save your schedule as a PDF weekly planner.
Can I print this as a PDF?
Yes! Click 'Print Schedule' and select 'Save as PDF' in your browser's print dialog. Set orientation to Landscape and margins to Minimal for the best layout.
